A little known fact:

Top local production roles are often filled by foreign producers in Japan or Japanese producers with overseas experience, who typically hire freelancers to form teams.  However, they lack both their own dedicated crew/resources and the decades of experience in domestic Japanese films and TV dramas that our founding members have. Without producing high-rated dramas or box office hits in Japan, their experience and connections are limited, making it difficult for them to meet Hollywood production demands that our members handle with ease.
