Yumiko Aoyagi, the founder, a celebrated Japanese writer and producer, has a 30-year career in both Japanese and international entertainment industries. Having become represented by CAA in 2023, she shifted her focus to Hollywood. She has become the first Japanese showrunner from Japanese show business to move into Hollywood.

Being a Japanese native, everything she creates incorporates Japanese elements, whether in the backdrops, casting, or IP.  She interviewed bi-lingual crew and local services production companies in Tokyo who had done Hollywood films & series in Japan. She quickly realized they could not deliver all that Japan can offer; they could not actualize the vision for her series and films for Hollywood. However with her many years producing shows in Japan, she knew who and how to bring together the people and resources needed, so she decided to create her own local services production company.
